Older Celebs Who Used To Be Super Hot.

Pay attention, because this is a heavily curated list, and we can guarantee you won’t have seen half of these stars before their wrinkles set in. Take your own time to compare with the present day…

Helen Mirren: Such a bombshell back in the day

Quintessential British beauty and talent don’t get much better than Ms. Mirren. This bombshell is turning 73 years old in 2018, and yet she seems to have not aged a day in decades. Fans of hit TV comedy The Office will recall the episode where the hottest thing in the world was described as Helen Mirren, pregnant, in a bikini. To be quite honest, we’re inclined to agree. This star began her career in 1966, in an uncredited role in Press for Time. From there, it was several years before she began working on the small screen, but her roles on the silver screen included a wealth of Shakespeare (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hamlet) and super hits for film fanatics like The Long Good Friday, Calendar Girls, and most recently, Trumbo, where she portrayed Hedda Hopper.

Jane Fonda: Aged like a fine wine

We don’t know who the heck Megyn Kelly thinks she is, but when in the presence of American royalty, just sit back and appreciate the beauty that you behold. No one on this planet has aged as perfectly as Jane Fonda, and every single man, woman, and child should aspire to her level of perfection. At 79-years-old, Fonda has proven that aging with style is not only possible, but it’s probably the best way to do it. This writer, activist, actress, outshines everyone else on this list for her commitment to herself, her beliefs, and her craft… all while maintaining the best hair in Hollywood. We defy you to find a man or woman that wouldn’t consider taking Fonda out for dinner after filming an episode of Grace & Frankie…

Alec Baldwin: Hottest Baldwin brother by FAR

Would any list of 1900s hotties be complete without a Baldwin? The correct answer is no, which is why our favorite (also the only moderately normal brother of the clan) Baldwin Brother is here today. Not only is this once-beautiful man super duper smart at his art, having studied at Tisch, Lee Strasberg, the Actors Studio, and NYU, but look at that chest hair… I just want to rub it all over me. Baldwin began his career in the 1980s on television but quickly moved into film. He’s played everyone from Stanley Kowalski in Streetcar, to Adam Maitland in everyone’s favorite weirdo comedy Beetlejuice. Versatility is Baldwin’s best trait, along with that chest hair… Many online fanbases have also commented on the similarities between a youthful Alec and a modern-day Gosling, with those piercing eyes, the narrow bridge of the nose, and boyish quaffed hair.

Goldie Hawn… and Kurt Russel: America’s favorite couple

Here’s to the exceptional couple that proves the rule – Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel. This beautiful, timeless, and very-much-still-together-couple, first got together in 1983 while filming Swing Shift. Hawn is five years older than Russell, but that didn’t bother them in their 34 years together, defying Hollywood’s trends as far long-term love goes. Hawn apparently even said that after they first met, on the set of The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band in 1968, that Kurt was adorable but too young. At that time, Hawn was 21, and Russell was 16! Between 1968 and 1983, both members of the couple went their separate ways, had their own marriages and children with other people, but were brought back together by fate.

Harrison Ford: We’re here for Han Solo and Indiana Jones

Actor, producer, Han Solo, Indiana Jones… Harrison Ford has lived many lives, embodied so many fictional characters that one day in the near future when the aliens have taken over, they’ll find a collection of Harrison Ford film franchises and assume that he was the standard of physical attraction. To be quite honest, it’s not like they’d be wrong. Even today, Ford is a beautiful man, but back in the day, he was even better. Born in 1942… that’s right, he’s 75, Ford was in his first movie in 1966 and was left uncredited. It would be another year before he earned his first credit in A Time For Killing, and then more than a decade before Episode IV – A New Hope, cemented him in the hearts of women the world over (and Carrie Fisher, but he pulled out). Ford’s mix of timeless scruffiness and movie-star good looks is why he’s the #1 man on our list.

Susan Sarandon: Damnit Janet!

Yes, we are amazed that this Hollywood beauty is turning 71 this October (2017). A BAFTA and Academy Award Winning actress, Sarandon is known publicly for this work and her engagement in politics and social issues around the globe. Sarandon started her film career in 1970 with her role of Melissa Compton in Joe. From there, it was only five years until The Rocky Horror Picture Show and a string of successes in both television and film ever since. Just in the next year alone, Sarandon has three movies coming out: A Bad Mom’s Christmas, Going Places, and The Death and Life of John F. Donovan. You also never know where she might pop up either playing herself, a guest part, or a narrator/voice over in television and documentaries. Age clearly doesn’t slow her down.

Clint Eastwood: We’re so lucky his son looks exactly like him

Clint Eastwood has gone beyond the Westerns, the gritty dramas, and the outspoken political character he chooses to be in his real life, to a figure so utterly iconic sometimes we forget he’s a real man. This God amongst actors first started in entertainment in 1955 and has completed over 50 films in his career as an actor, producer, composer, and director. Unlike many other members of this list, Eastwood is predominantly film-based actor, having only appeared in nine television shows, and directing two. His first role as an actor was in 1955 in Revenge of the Creature, a minor role for which he was not credited. His first lead came in 1964, as Joe in A Fistful of Dollars. From there, a star was born, and the world will remember Mr. Eastwood forever.

Diana Ross: Best hair in Hollywood?

According to science, the reason that humans love cute animals like kittens and puppies is because of their huge, gorgeous eyes. They say that the eyes are the window to the soul (not scientists though, we suppose) so it makes sense that Diana Ross places pretty high on this list. Along with those big beautiful eyes, Ross’s soul will endure the test of time thanks to her prolific career in both music and entertainment. It was at the age of 15 that Ross first joint a group of young women named The Primettes in 1959. The group would later go on to be more commonly known as The Supremes, one of the largest and most popular Motown groups of all time. Between the years of 1964 and 1969, The Supremes sang on 10 number one hit singles in the US, which also charted in the UK top 40. Not only is she a God amongst mortals in her talent, but a beauty that will never fade.

Tina Turner: Just as beautiful as her voice

There’s a special place in everyone’s hearts for the soaring vocal range of this timeless beauty. Originally born Anne Mae Bullock, Tina Turner first rose to fame with her then-husband Ike Turner after a fluke rehearsal mishap saw her singing lead in the hit song A Fool in Love. It became a huge hit, and they say the rest is history… but did you know that it was actually Ike that created the Tina we all know and love today? He was the one who gave her the wigs, the legs that go in all directions at once, and the mini skirts, and even put her together with The Rollings Stones. Turner would later claim that Mick Jagger stole a load of her moves, but we all know who the real creative is.

Jack Nicholson: Who doesn’t love some crazy?

Classic good looks, for the most part, are useless when you’re trying to become one of the most sought-after and respected actors of all time. It is the subtleties, the understanding that each independent body part is unattractive alone, but when conjoined prove to create a masterpiece. That is why Jack Nicholson is on this list. Alone, his eyes are small, his mouth is snarled and creepy, and his hair is a mess. Together, his eyes are piercing and attentive, his mouth is broad and inviting, and his hair is boyishly scruffy. In fact, I am (writer, Kay Smythe) so into Jack Nicholson that I am currently trying to turn my boyfriend into him. He’s trying to fight me, but we’ll see how long that lasts… mwhahahhaha.. oh, Jacky.

Charlie Sheen: Can we have the old him back?

Actor Charlie Sheen (his real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez), son of actor Martin Sheen (actually named Ramon Antonio Gerardo Estevez), is the youngest man to rank on this list, at aged 52 as of this September past. You may have been surprised at how Sheen has aged, but given his public persona over the last few years, combined with countless decades of substance abuse, we’re not entirely thrown up his outward appearance. However, Sheen’s acting career was largely unaffected by years of drugs and alcohol abuse, having worked consistently since 1973. He was an extra in Apocalypse Now, a movie that his father is famous for, and has gone down in movie cult history for roles in Platoon, Wall Street, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and TV shows like Two and a Half Men, Spin City, and Anger Management.

Betty White: America’s sweetheart

Since the likes of Nancy Reagan, America has needed a grandmother. Betty White is officially that grandma, and at 95 years-old, we hope we inherit her genes. White first hit our screens in 1945 (though rumors believe that she was actually appearing well before that, in 1939), and would regularly appear on television and the silver screen from then on. She was even awarded the Guinness World Record for the title of Longest TV Career for an Entertainer (female), having appeared before us for more than 70 years! She is also the oldest SNL host to date, at 88-years-old, and also the oldest person to gain an Emmy nomination when she was 92. Betty White has aged with class, style, and apparently even has a thing for junk food. I guess there’s hope for us all!
